      <image:title>Home - sensory awareness.</image:title>
<image:caption>What is sensory awareness? Well, just exactly like it sounds. Sensory awareness is being aware of all of your senses and how they impact your overall health. I like to tell people that true healing happens within. When we are focused on living through our senses, we tend to be grateful and happy for the things we have. Sensory healing has been used to fight depression, anxiety, and many mental disorders. Whether it’s the smell of coffee, going on a nature walk, listening to your favorite podcast, or reading your favorite devotional. Being intentional about your senses helps you build a road map to the most content life possible.</image:caption>
